Paid access is subscription-based. Trial and billing terms are described on the billing page and refund policy page.

4. Data and Availability

We work to keep the service available, but uptime is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing exported records and backups important to your business.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operations.

6. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms or non-payment.
